One Way Services is owned and operated by Joseph Stephen Barela, a sole proprietor. We do not sell or share your SMS opt-in data or personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.

We collect only the information needed to provide our services: your name, business name, phone number, email, billing details and the content you send us for your website.

• How we use it. To build and maintain your website, contact you about your project, send invoices and provide support.
• Payments. Card payments are processed securely by Stripe. We never see or store your full card number.
• Sharing. We don't sell your information. We share it only with services we use to run our business (such as payment processing, website hosting and our phone and texting provider) or when required by law.
• Mobile numbers and text messaging. We do not sell, rent or share your mobile phone number or your consent to receive text messages with third parties or affiliates for their marketing purposes. Text messaging opt-in data is used only to send you the messages you agreed to.
• Phone calls. Calls to our business line may be answered by an automated assistant, which tells you it is automated. Those calls may be transcribed so we can follow up on your request.
• Your choices. You can ask us to update or delete your information at any time by contacting us.
