Terms of Service

One Way Services is owned and operated by Joseph Stephen Barela, a sole proprietor.

One Way Services ("we," "us") designs, builds, hosts and maintains websites and provides related marketing services for businesses ("you"). By paying for our services, you agree to these terms.

• Quotes and setup fees. Each website project is quoted before work begins. Setup fees range from $750 to $3,000 depending on scope. Work begins after you approve the quote and pay the setup fee or agreed deposit.
• Monthly plan. Every website includes the Hosting & Care Plan at $297 per month, billed automatically to your card on file each month, starting when your site goes live.
• Your content. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information, images and logos you provide, and confirm you have the right to use them.
• Ownership. Once your setup fee is paid in full, the website design and content created for you belong to you. If you cancel, we will provide a copy of your website files on request.
• Updates. Small updates (text, photos, hours, prices) are included in your monthly plan. New pages or major redesigns are quoted separately.
• Late payments. If a monthly payment fails and isn't resolved within 14 days, we may pause hosting until the account is current.

Refund & Cancellation Policy

• Setup fee. If you cancel before design work begins, your setup fee is refunded in full. Once design work has started, the setup fee is non-refundable because it covers time already spent on your project.
• Monthly plan. You can cancel your Hosting & Care Plan at any time by calling or emailing us. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing month. We don't issue refunds for partial months.
• Billing errors. If you were charged in error, contact us within 30 days and we'll refund the incorrect charge.
• How to request. Call (702) 430-2696 or email onewayservices17@yahoo.com. Approved refunds go back to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days.

SMS Terms (Text Messaging)

• Program. One Way Services sends text messages about your requests, quotes, appointments, appointment reminders, customer support and, after we complete work for you, review requests.
• How you join. You agree to receive texts by checking the consent box on our website form, by texting us first, or by telling us you'd like to be texted. Agreeing is never a condition of buying anything.
• Frequency and cost. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.
• Opting out. Reply STOP at any time to stop receiving texts. You'll get one message confirming you've opted out. Reply START to opt back in.
• Help. Reply HELP for help, or call (702) 430-2696 or email onewayservices17@yahoo.com.
• Carriers. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
• Privacy. See our Privacy Policy. We do not sell or share your SMS opt-in data or personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.
